Signed in as . Under GDPR you have the right to a copy of your data (Article 20) and to have it deleted (Article 17). Both are wired and run instantly — no support ticket needed.

Export your data

Download everything OrcaTrade stores about you as a single JSON file:

  • Saved plans (with snapshots + wizard inputs)
  • Event-log entries where your email is the identifier (e.g. Founding 10 applications)
  • Session metadata (issued / expires)

Aggregate analytics (wizard plan generations, etc.) are anonymised at write time and don't appear here because they're not tied to your identity.

Delete your account

This will permanently delete your saved plans, pseudonymise event-log entries that reference your email, and sign you out. It cannot be undone.

  • Saved plans → hard-deleted
  • Event log → email replaced with deleted-<hash>@anonymised.local, free-text fields scrubbed
  • Stripe still retains its own customer record (contact Stripe directly to delete that)
