We reach out to targeted manufacturers, filter for capability & reliability, and return a curated shortlist with indicative pricing and MOQs.

Sampling & fine-tuning
Samples are produced, shipped and evaluated together with you. We refine specs, finishes and packaging to lock in the golden sample.

Order placement & production
Once you approve, we confirm POs, payment terms and production slots. You receive a clear timeline from deposit to shipment window.

Quality control & approvals
Inspections are booked according to risk level and product type. Only after passing QC do we sign off on shipment.

Logistics & after-shipment care
We liaise with forwarders, align documents and track the shipment. If there are post-arrival issues, we help address them with the factory.
