Tell us which suppliers, what samples, target sample weight, your EU delivery address. We send pickup instructions to each supplier.

Suppliers ship to our HK office
Suppliers post samples to our Hong Kong consolidation address. We log every parcel on receipt with weight, dimensions, and date.

Photo-log + repack
Yiu's team photographs every item against a numbered grid, repackages into one parcel with the lightest viable filler. The photo log goes to you for sign-off before dispatch.

Final quote & dispatch
Final shipping quote based on real consolidated weight. On approval we ship via standard courier (DHL Economy / FedEx Economy) or express upgrade. Tracking link emailed.

Customs cleared as samples
EU clearance via our Polish broker partner. Samples typically declared at zero or nominal value (under €22) — usually duty- and VAT-free if properly marked "samples — no commercial value".

Two components: HK office consolidation + EU shipping. Quote is final after we weigh the consolidated parcel — no hidden fees.

Consolidation fee

€40 base · €15 per supplier

HK office pickup, photo log, repack. Fixed regardless of weight. Five suppliers consolidated = €40 + (€15 × 5) = €115.

Shipping

€25 to €180 by weight

€25 (under 1 kg) up to €180 (over 35 kg, palletised). Standard courier. Region surcharge for non-EU mainland.

  • Up to 1 kg → €25
  • 1 to 5 kg → €40
  • 5 to 10 kg → €60
  • 10 to 20 kg → €90
  • Over 20 kg → from €130

Express + rush

Speed up the consolidation step (rush) or the courier step (express).

  • Rush turnaround at HK office: +€30 (2-day vs 5–7-day)
  • Express courier: +€35 (DHL Express / FedEx Priority, saves 3–5 days transit)
  • Both combined: total ~5–7 days end-to-end vs ~12–17 standard
